Private Aviation Ground Transportation
The photograph behind this line is ours. That is our own Escalade on an FBO ramp at night, doors open, beside a Gulfstream with the airstair down. Ramp access is granted by the FBO for a specific flight, and arranging it is part of the job rather than a favour we hope for.
Door to aircraft
No terminal in between.
A private departure is a short walk across a lounge and up an airstair, and our part is being on the correct side of that lounge at the correct minute with the bags already moving. We stage early, we carry the cases ourselves, and the passenger walks. On the arrival side it runs backwards and takes about as long, which is the entire reason people fly this way.

Coordination
We move when the tail number moves.
Schedules change. A departure slides two hours, a leg cancels, a passenger picks up a different aircraft in Manchester. Send us the change and the reservation moves with it, and the number on your quote stays where it was. We watch a tail number the same way we watch a commercial flight, because a flight department should not have to call twice to find out whether the car knows.

Look all of it up at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov before you put a principal in one of our vehicles. That is what the numbers are for, and it is why they are lettered on the limousine door in our own photograph.
Which vehicle
Matching the car to the aircraft.
A light jet with two passengers and a turboprop with eight are different ground jobs. Give us the head count and the bag count and the vehicle is named on your quote, so nobody discovers a fit problem on the ramp.
Lincoln Continental
Quiet, unmarked, and easy to get in and out of in a suit. The default for a principal travelling alone or as a pair.
Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Tahoe
Room for real luggage without folding a seat down. The Escalade is the vehicle in the photograph at the top of this page.
Mercedes Sprinter limo
Twelve seats you can walk into standing up, which is the answer when a whole party arrives on one aircraft.
38 passenger coach
Reclining high back seats and under floor luggage bays, for a movement that should be one vehicle instead of five.
Private aviation questions.
Can the car meet the aircraft on the ramp?
When the FBO grants ramp access for that flight, yes, and the photograph at the top of this page is one of those nights. Access belongs to the handler, so we arrange it with them in advance rather than turning up and asking at the gate. Where ramp access is not granted for a given movement, we meet you at the FBO door, which is still a walk of a few seconds.
Which airports do you cover for private flights?
Hanscom Field in Bedford, Manchester Boston Regional, Lawrence Municipal in North Andover, and Logan's private aviation terminals. Ask about anywhere else in New England, because we run those trips too, and MC-1555691 is interstate passenger authority so a state line changes nothing about the paperwork.
Do you work with flight departments and schedulers?
Yes, on a corporate account with monthly billing and one point of contact. Standing schedules, repeat crews and multi leg days all sit on one invoice, and a change to the itinerary reaches the chauffeur rather than stopping at a dispatch queue. Hanna Elkhoury owns the company and is one of the operators, so the number you are given is a person.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and every number is public. We hold USDOT 4086308 and MC-1555691, federally authorized as a Motor Carrier of Passengers, with a 0.0% driver out-of-service rate across our roadside inspections. Look all of it up at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov, and note that the DOT and MC numbers are lettered on the limousine door in our own photograph.
Tell us where you need to be.
Call or text the owner directly, or book online in about a minute. Flight tracking is included on every airport run, and a delay never costs you extra.
