What this is
Ten, twenty two, or fifty
The bus is the first half of the night. Wraparound leather seating means the group faces each other instead of the back of a headrest, and the sound and lighting are on board rather than something you bring. We charter by the vehicle, so the price is the same whether you fill it or not, and special rates apply after 6 p.m. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, casino runs and company outings all book the same way.

Fifty people, one departure time
Two cars becomes four cars becomes somebody following on their phone and arriving forty minutes late. One vehicle has one departure time and one arrival, which is the only version of a group night that starts when it says it will.

Pick the bus by head count
Ten, twenty two or fifty. Round up rather than down, because the price is the vehicle and the extra seats cost nothing.
Tell us the route and the hours
Pickup point, the stops, and roughly when it finishes. Multiple stops are normal on a charter.
One person books it
One name on the reservation and one number we call. Splitting the payment afterward is between the group.
The chauffeur stays with the bus
Same chauffeur for the whole booking, parked and waiting between stops rather than leaving and coming back.

Special rates apply on the party buses after 6 p.m. If your group is smaller than ten, the stretch limousine and the Sprinter limo cover it, and if you only want one seat on a scheduled trip rather than the whole bus, our ticketed outings sell seats individually.

How many people fit in a party bus?
Ten, twenty two or fifty, depending on which bus you charter. Round up when you are between sizes, because a charter is priced by the vehicle rather than by the head.
Can I buy one seat instead of chartering the whole bus?
On our own scheduled outings, yes. Those run to a fixed date and route and sell a seat at a time. A private charter is the whole vehicle for your group and your route.
What is on board?
Wraparound leather seating, a sound system and interior lighting, with a professional chauffeur who stays with the bus for the whole booking. Ask us when you book if you want to bring anything else on.
What are the special rates after 6 p.m.?
Evening charters are quoted at a different rate to daytime ones. Tell us the start time when you ask for the quote and the price you get back already has it applied.
How far ahead should I book a party bus?
Weekends fill first, and prom season and the run up to New Year fill earliest of all. Book as soon as the date is fixed if the group is large enough to need the 50.
