For a domestic flight out of Logan, leave Methuen about three hours before departure, and closer to three and a half in the middle of a weekday morning.

A car to Logan is priced per trip and quoted in writing before you book, and the number is built from four things: the distance from your door, the size of vehicle the party needs, the time of day, and the fixed charges the airport and the tunnels add to every commercial trip.
Book the ride app when the trip is short, the plan is firm and price is the only thing you are optimising.
Party buses run from about 10 passengers to about 50, and the right size is the one that seats your whole group with a few seats to spare, never the one that matches your headcount exactly.
Book wedding transportation as soon as you have the venue and a rough guest count, which for most couples is nine to twelve months out, and book the couple car and the guest shuttle as one job, because they share a clock.
Verify four things before a vendor moves anyone from your company, and all four are public or obtainable in an afternoon: federal operating authority under a USDOT number, an insurance filing at the level the vehicle size requires, Massachusetts operating authority where the vehicle carries 10 or more people including the driver, and a current certificate of insurance issued to your company.
Fly from Manchester when the fare and the schedule work, because it is a far simpler airport to be collected from and a shorter run from anywhere north of Haverhill.

Every source carries a link and a date, so you can read the original rather than take our summary of it. Where we could not trace a claim back to a primary source, we left it out instead of softening it into something that sounds authoritative.
Which terminal will I be flying out of at Logan?
Check your boarding pass first, because assignments move. As a general shape, Massport lists Delta at Terminal A, JetBlue at Terminal C, and international flights at Terminal E, with Terminal B carrying much of the remaining domestic traffic. Tell us the airline and flight number when you book and we will confirm the terminal and the pickup point with you.
Do these answers still apply if I am flying out of Manchester instead?
The drive-time arithmetic applies, the Logan terminal detail does not. Manchester Boston Regional is a much simpler airport to be collected from, and for riders north of Haverhill it is often the shorter run by a wide margin. The trade is usually fare and schedule against forty minutes of I-93.
