How buying a seat works
How do I buy a seat?
Open the trip you want, choose how many seats, and fill in who is riding. Every departure page shows the price per person and how many seats are left, so you know before you start whether your whole group fits.
Can I buy more than one seat?
Yes, take as many as are left on that departure. Buying eight seats on a scheduled trip is often cheaper than chartering a vehicle for the same eight people, and you are on the same bus either way.
Where do these trips leave from?
The Loop in Methuen, which has a large lot you can leave a car in for the night. The departure time on each trip is the time the bus pulls out, so plan to be there a few minutes early.
What happens when a trip sells out?
The page marks it sold out and the seat count stops. Call (978) 802-4011 and we will tell you what else is running that weekend, or price the same trip on a second vehicle if there is a group behind you.
Can I charter the whole bus instead of buying seats?
Yes, and for a private group that is usually the better answer. We charter the party buses at 10, 22 and 50 passengers, a 38 passenger coach, a 12 passenger Sprinter limo and a 10 passenger stretch limousine. Send the date and the headcount and we will come back with the right vehicle.
How do I know a departure is still on?
Every trip on this page is live until its seat count runs out. Dates are set by the family and posted here first, so if you are planning around one, call (978) 802-4011 and Hanna will confirm it with you directly.
