Can you handle the whole wedding, not just the couple?
Yes, and that is usually the better answer. We run the couple, the wedding party and a guest shuttle loop between hotel and venue on one coordinated timeline, which removes the gap where half the guest list is standing in a car park.
How many guests can you move at once?
Up to 38 in the coach, 12 in the Sprinter limo and 10 in the stretch limousine, and we combine them for larger lists. Tell us the head count and we will size it properly rather than guessing.
What happens if the day runs late?
We move with it. You call the number on this page and every pickup downstream shifts together, which is the whole reason to have one operator on the day rather than four separate bookings.
Do you cover venues outside the Merrimack Valley?
Yes. We run Greater Boston, the North Shore, southern New Hampshire and further into New England for a full day booking. Give us the venue address when you ask for the quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Book as soon as the venue and the date are fixed. Saturdays between May and October go first, and early booking is what lets you choose the vehicles rather than take what is left.
