Questions people ask before they book

How far ahead should I book?

A day ahead covers most rides, and you can send a reservation request right on this page. Same day is a phone call, because a car has to be free right now and only dispatch knows that. Proms, weddings and anything on a bus fill by season, so book those as early as you have a date.

What does the ride cost?

Every trip is quoted before you ride, and the quote you accept is the price you pay. Send the request with your pickup, your destination and your party size, and we come back with the number. Rates depend on the vehicle, the distance and the time, which is why a single published figure would be wrong for most riders.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your inbound flight in real time and move the pickup with it. A delay changes the time and it leaves the quote alone. That applies to every airport run we do, at Logan, Manchester, Hanscom and the private terminals.

Can I book a party bus, the coach, or a wedding block here?

Yes. Pick the charter you want in the trip step and we will confirm the vehicle and the availability before anything is final. Group vehicles are priced by the vehicle rather than by the seat, and a wedding usually needs a short conversation about the run order, so expect a call back on those.

Do you run overnight, on weekends, and on holidays?

We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. The pickup times on this page are the common ones. If the hour you need is not listed, call the number on this page and we will put it in.

Is my card charged when I send this?

Sending the reservation starts the booking, and we confirm the vehicle and the quote with you before anything is final. We go over payment once the ride is confirmed, never before we have talked through the details with you.
