What this is
When the whole group goes together
Moving forty people in a dozen cars means a dozen parking spaces, a dozen sets of directions, and at least one person who never arrives. One coach means everybody leaves at the same time and everybody comes back at the same time. The photograph here is a real company outing that went out on one of our buses, and the people in it are customers rather than our staff, which is exactly what this looks like when it works.
