Do you actually serve Boston, or only the towns north of it?
Both, and the city is on the schedule several times a day. We are based in Methuen and run into Boston for hotel drops, dinner reservations, airport transfers and event nights, all year. A Boston pickup is reserved exactly like a Valley one.
Can you cover the hotel pickup and the valet stand?
Yes, and it is the same family answering both phones. El Khourys Valet staffs stands for restaurants, function halls and private events, so a venue can have one company handling arrivals at the door and the cars that take people home afterwards. Ask for both when you inquire.
Can a party bus collect a group near TD Garden?
Yes, at a spot agreed near the arena rather than at the doors. Fifty passenger vehicles cannot sit on Causeway Street when a show empties, so we name the corner in advance and your group walks a short block to it. That is the difference between a plan and a phone call in a crowd.
What is the drive time from downtown Boston to Logan?
About 15 minutes through the Ted Williams Tunnel with clear roads, and considerably longer at rush hour. The tunnel is the entire variable, which is why the time we quote is never simply the map estimate. We watch the flight as closely as the traffic.
