You wake up with your own car in your own driveway instead of a plan to go and collect it. The chauffeur is one of the same people who drive our own fleet under our federal passenger authority, which is the part that matters when you are handing somebody your keys.

We are a Massachusetts livery plated and insured carrier operating under USDOT 4086308, and the cover that applies when a chauffeur drives a customer owned car is worth hearing from a person rather than reading off a page.
Who is actually driving my car?
One of our own professional chauffeurs, the same people who drive our fleet. Our driver out of service rate is 0%, and that record is public at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Does the chauffeur wait, or leave and come back?
He waits with your vehicle for the booking. That is what you are paying for, and it means there is nobody to call and nothing to wait for when you walk out.
Can two of us go out and both come home?
