Conduct and safety
Your chauffeur is responsible for the vehicle and for everyone in it, and their instructions on safety are final. Seat belts are worn where the vehicle is fitted with them. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Massachusetts law governs what may be on board when passengers are under 21, and our chauffeurs enforce it for the whole trip. That is deliberate, and it is one of the reasons parents book us for prom. A chauffeur may end a trip early where behaviour makes the vehicle unsafe to operate.
Damage beyond ordinary use is the responsibility of the person who made the booking. Any charge for it is discussed with you, with evidence, before it is applied.
Luggage and lost property
Tell us the luggage at quote time and we will put the right vehicle on the job. Capacity is real and physical, so a party of six with six large cases is a different vehicle from a party of six with hand luggage.
Anything left behind is held for you and returned as soon as we can arrange it. Call (978) 802-4011 the moment you notice, because the vehicle is often still out and the item can come straight back to you.
Licensing and insurance
We hold USDOT 4086308 and MC-1555691 as a federally authorized Motor Carrier of Passengers, our vehicles carry Massachusetts livery plates, and the company is insured. Our driver out of service rate is 0.0%. Every one of those figures is public and you can look them up yourself at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.
This website
The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to us, and the photographs are of our own vehicles and people. Use them for your own commercial purposes only with our written permission. We do our best to keep every page accurate, and where a page and a written quote ever disagree about your trip, the quote governs.
Responsibility
We are responsible for providing the transportation you booked with reasonable skill and care, and we insure that work. We are not responsible for losses outside our control, such as a delay caused by weather, traffic, a road closure or an act of a public authority. Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold that cannot be removed by agreement, including your rights as a consumer under Massachusetts law.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. When they change we post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page, and the terms that apply to your trip are the ones in force when we confirmed it.
