Three buses, so the group decides the vehicle
Most operators in this corridor have one bus and try to make every group fit it. We run three sizes, which means a group of nine is not paying for forty empty seats and a group of forty is not being split across two vehicles. All three have wraparound leather benches so everybody faces each other, sound and lighting, and a chauffeur on board so the designated driver question never comes up at all.

The bus costs what the bus costs, however many of you turn up
Group plans change in the last week. Two people drop out and two others join, and on a per seat arrangement that becomes a conversation about money. We quote the vehicle for the block of time, so the arithmetic stops moving the moment you book and the person organising it can stop doing sums.

Pick the size honestly
Count the people who have actually said yes, then add the two who always appear. The capacity band below is there to make this a two minute decision.
One organiser, one phone
Give the chauffeur a single name and number for the group. On a fifty passenger booking this is the difference between leaving on time and leaving at all.
Ask about the evening rate
Special rates apply after six in the evening, which is when most of these bookings run anyway. Ask when you call, because we will not apply it if nobody mentions it.

These are the three capacities we publish ourselves. Priced by the vehicle for the block of time, not by the seat, so a late change to the guest list does not change the quote.

What sizes of party bus do you have?
Ten, twenty two and fifty passengers. The twenty two is the one most prom groups and casino runs land on, the ten is the easiest to park in a downtown, and the fifty is the one behind our own ticketed group outings.
How is a party bus priced?
By the vehicle for the block of time, not by the seat. That is deliberate, because group numbers move in the last week and a per seat quote turns every change into a new conversation about money.
Are there evening rates?
Special rates apply after six in the evening. Most of these bookings run at night anyway, so ask about it when you call and we will factor it into the quote.
Can I buy a single seat instead of the whole bus?
On our own scheduled outings, yes. Those are trips we are already running, where you buy the seats you need and leave the rest of the bus to everyone else. Charter bookings are the whole vehicle.
