Mercedes Sprinter Limo Rental for Twelve

Twelve seats you walk into standing up. When a car is too small and a party bus is more bus than the night needs, this is the vehicle in between.

What this is

The bridge between a car and a bus

The Sprinter solves a specific problem: a group of ten or twelve that would need two sedans, which means two chauffeurs, two arrival times and half the group standing on a curb waiting for the other half. Everyone goes in one vehicle instead, seated around the perimeter with an aisle down the middle and enough headroom to stand up and move. Corporate accounts keep asking for it by name. It has run wedding parties, executive groups and a job down in Rhode Island.

Mercedes Sprinter Limo
Up to 12 passengers
Professional chauffeur. Standing height cabin. Perimeter seating with a center aisle.
A line of business travellers in dark overcoats carrying briefcases and roller bags filing out from under a lit hotel canopy at blue hour to board a single black high roof executive van, a chauffeur in a black suit and red tie holding the side door open.
The lit cabin of a black executive van fitted as a limousine at night, adults in their thirties to fifties seated in quilted black leather along both sides talking in pairs, one man crossing the centre aisle with a hand on a seat back, a stone topped console with an ice well beside him.

Standing height

You can cross the cabin without asking anyone to move

It sounds like a small thing until you have spent forty minutes climbing over people. The Sprinter has a real aisle and a real ceiling, so a twelve person group arrives having actually talked to each other rather than having sat in two rows facing forwards in silence.

How it runs

Booking twelve people into one vehicle

Group work lives or dies on the pickup, not the drive. Three things make it go smoothly.

01

Pick one pickup point

Twelve people collected from one address beats twelve people collected from six. Nominate a house, an office or a hotel and have everyone meet there.

02

Name a person in the group

One phone number the chauffeur can call. Groups drift, and a single point of contact is what stops a drift becoming a delay.

03

Tell us about the luggage

Twelve passengers with airline luggage is a different conversation from twelve passengers going to dinner. Say which, at quote time.

One Sprinter, or two sedans?

About a dozen people in evening clothes gathered at the open side door of a black Mercedes Sprinter on a wet city street at night, one woman stepping down onto the kerb while the rest wait to board.

One Sprinter

  • Twelve people, one vehicle, one arrival time.
  • Standing height and an aisle, so the group stays a group.
  • One chauffeur to coordinate with all night.
  • Quoted as a single vehicle for the whole booking.

Two sedans

  • Splits the group in half for the length of the journey.
  • Two arrival times, and somebody always waits on a curb.
  • Better when the two halves are genuinely going to different places.
  • The right answer for six people, not for twelve.

Questions

What people ask about the sprinter limo

How many passengers does the Sprinter limo seat?

Twelve. That is the number we publish ourselves and the one the vehicle is configured for. Above twelve, the party buses run to twenty two and fifty, and the coach seats thirty eight.

Is it a limousine inside, or a van?

It is fitted as a limousine, with perimeter seating and a centre aisle rather than forward facing rows. The difference you notice first is the ceiling, because you can stand up and cross the cabin.

Will it work for an airport run?

It is a good answer for a full household traveling together, since everybody and their luggage goes in one vehicle. Tell us the bag count when you request the quote so we can confirm it before the day.

How far will you take it?

Well beyond the Merrimack Valley. It has run into Rhode Island, and long distance New England work is normal for this vehicle. Send the route and we will quote it.
