What this is

The one parents ask for by name in May

A stretch limousine is the vehicle people picture when they picture the night. Ten seats around a wraparound bench, a privacy partition, a chauffeur who opens the door, and a red carpet if you want one rolled out. We run it hardest through prom season and wedding season, and the rest of the year it does milestone birthdays, anniversary dinners in the North End, and the occasional group that just wants to arrive properly. Tell us the stops when you request a quote and we will build the night around them.

Professional chauffeur. Wraparound bench seating. Privacy partition.
A chauffeur in a black suit and red tie holds the rear door of a black stretch limousine open while a teenager in a long silver gown steps in, three friends in prom formalwear waiting along the flank of the car and a woman watching from the top of the driveway; the car runs the full width of the frame, with the long blanked quarter panel and its chrome slat vents filling the whole span between the front and rear doors.

Why the door matters

You can look us up before you hand over prom night

Our USDOT and MC numbers are painted on the vehicle, in the open, at a size a person can read from the sidewalk. Type them into the federal registry and you get our authority, our insurance filing and our safety record, from the government rather than from us. Most parents never do it. The point is that the ones who want to, can.

How the night runs

Four things happen between the deposit and the last drop off

A limousine night is a route with people attached. Four things happen between your deposit and the car turning into the driveway, and none of them are yours to chase.

01

Give us every stop

House, photos, venue, after party, home. Write them all down when you book and the night runs without a single phone call to us.

02

We confirm the chauffeur the evening before

You get a name and a pickup time the night before, so nobody is standing in a driveway wondering whether the car is coming.

03

The car is early

We arrive ahead of the time you gave us. Photos always take longer than anyone plans for, and a car already sitting outside is what buys that back.

04

Everyone goes home in it

The last drop off is part of the booking, not an afterthought. That is the reason most parents call us in the first place.

A stretch limousine, or a party bus?

The inside of a stretch limousine before a pickup, a continuous leather bench running down both sides and across the back beneath a lit ceiling seam.

The stretch limousine

  • Ten passengers, seated around a wraparound bench.
  • The classic silhouette in every photograph on the front lawn.
  • A privacy partition, so the front of the car stays the front of the car.
  • Fits a normal driveway and a normal restaurant curb.

The party bus

  • Ten, twenty two or fifty passengers, standing height inside.
  • Sound and lighting built for a group that wants to be loud.
  • Everyone faces each other, which changes the whole feel of the ride.
  • One price for the car and the block of time, never a headcount.

Questions

What people ask about the stretch limousine

How many people fit in the stretch limousine?

Ten passengers. That number is lettered on the vehicle itself, so it is not a marketing figure. If your group is eleven or more, the Sprinter limo seats twelve and the party buses run to ten, twenty two and fifty.

Do you run proms?

Proms are the busiest thing we do in May. Book early, give us the full stop list including photos, and expect the car to arrive ahead of the time you gave us, because photographs always run long.

Can I check that you are properly licensed?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Our USDOT and MC numbers are lettered on the door of the limousine and printed in our footer. Enter either one in the FMCSA public registry and you can see our operating authority and insurance filing.

What does a limousine cost?

It depends on the date, the hours and the route, so we quote it rather than publish a rate that would be wrong for half the people reading it. Send the stops and the timing and you will get a real number back.
