If you have seen one of our vehicles at Logan, statistically it was one of these two. The Escalade is the one photographed beside a Gulfstream on an FBO ramp and the one that meets families at Terminal B. The Tahoe is its twin for the mornings when the plough has been through once and the flight still leaves at six. Same chauffeur standard, same Massachusetts livery plates, same insurance as everything else we run. What the SUV adds is room, and room is usually the thing that decides it.

The luggage problem

The trip that goes wrong is the one where the bags do not fit. Two hard cases, a carry on each, a set of golf clubs, and suddenly somebody is riding to Logan with a bag on their lap. An SUV takes all of it behind the rear seats and leaves the passengers where they are supposed to be, which is the entire argument for the vehicle.

The SUV is usually booked because of what is going in the back. So tell us about that part first.

Commercial and private aviation are different roads into different parts of the airport. Give us the terminal or the operator and the chauffeur routes to the correct one.
Let us watch the weather
New England winters move pickup times, not trips. If the forecast means leaving twenty minutes earlier we tell you the evening before rather than the morning of.

How many passengers does the SUV take?
It comfortably takes a family with real luggage. Neither the Escalade nor the Tahoe has a seat count we can stand behind in writing, so we print none. Say how many people are riding and how many cases are coming, and dispatch names the vehicle that fits before you pay anything.
Escalade or Tahoe, and can I choose?
Both are full size black executive SUVs with the same chauffeur standard and the same plating. Tell us if you have a preference and we will note it against the booking. Availability on the date decides it in the end.
Do you go to the private terminals?
Yes. Private aviation runs are a regular part of our week, and the SUV is the vehicle most often on them. Give us the FBO or the operator name and the chauffeur routes to the correct ramp rather than the commercial terminals.
Do you run in the snow?
We run all winter. The Tahoe in particular exists in the fleet for the mornings when the plough has been through once and the flight has not moved. What changes in bad weather is the pickup time, and we tell you the night before.
